Very good, probably because it wasn't a holiday. There was no queue and the process went smoothly. Bought insurance in the store at a relatively low price, and the vehicle was upgraded to a Toyota CH-R hybrid. Easy to drive and fuel-efficient. No need to clean the car when returning it (it was fairly clean). Really like Hertz!
