Very satisfied! Easy pick-up and drop-off process.

The day before departure, they automatically contacted us via WhatsApp. Most importantly, there was no rental deposit required. We were fined RM50 for a parking violation, and the QR code on the ticket didn’t allow us to pay the fine online since we didn’t have further details as renters. Ultimately, the rental company handled it, and we paid RM50 in cash when returning the car without being charged any additional processing fees. Great service!

Great, the rental car staff was very nice.

Communication was relatively smooth. The car was very new, with less than 5,000 kilometers. However, we brought our own cigarette lighter adapter and phone holder.
