The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly! They carefully explained how to exit the airport and return the car to the designated spot. They also specifically advised us that a card is needed for the highway, which can be obtained at the far left lane of the highway entrance, available 24 hours. The guy spoke fluent English and was very cheerful!
