I chose basic insurance, and then I was told it requires a deposit of 1,100 euros because of potential accident damage and scratches. If I bought full insurance from them, I wouldn’t need such a high deposit. However, I would still have to pay an additional 85 euros as a deposit for a full tank of fuel, which is unreasonable since a small car's fuel tank doesn't even cost that much to fill. This was the worst car rental experience I've had in Europe.

The staff had a very tough attitude and didn't help resolve any issues.

Returned the car at 10 PM, but they closed immediately after I was slightly late. They open at 8 AM, so I came early to return the car. Normally, returning within an hour of the scheduled time is acceptable. However, the rental company insisted on charging 80 euros, claiming it was for an extra day. When I asked to take the car back, they refused, saying it was already returned and couldn’t be taken again.

Satisfied, the vehicle was very new, but the price was a bit high.

Dishonest company, they charged me 81 euros claiming my credit card limit was insufficient despite having a sufficient limit and euros in my account

Had to wait a bit to pick up the car, but returning it took only a few minutes. The deposit was refunded immediately. Will choose this company again next time.
