The car was relatively new and was in a good condition. We had a lot of luggage for which there was good amount of room in the boot. We had some rough weather at Rocky mountain national park, but the car held up really well. Overall, a very good experience.

Pick up lot has not lights, very hard to see the condition of the car.

Spent a lot of time arguing about what we had and hadn't booked. But eventually went for a car way above what we had thought we booked. Wether it was good value I will never know I guess ....:)

We had to change the vehicle twice. 1st car had an issue. 2nd car was not suitable a pick up truck with no boot cover.

Overall service attitude was quite good.

The manager of the car hire office was extremely patient and helpful. She made sure that we chose the car that suited our needs.

The staff was amazing, I cherish true customer service, and they were amazing, I look forward to working with them in the future.

The car was a little old and some dirty. The rest was ok.

I had lost my driving license & I orally I was told by the lady at the Alamo counter I couldn’t rent without the original license - even though I had printed out a copy (I keep a copy on Dropbox) & a UK government DVLA access check code - but when I told the manager I rent direct from Alamo every few weeks in the USA - he said it was fine. I only booked through you since ALAMO had no cars showing as available - so good for you for having stock with them.

Like: Manager upgraded us for no charge - this was great!
Dislike: Lots of questions and prompting to up sell items - some that I knew we didn't need. No super high pressure, but at every stage of the process.

Like: Excellent customer service and the staff worked fast to get to my vehicle. I would give Alamo a thumb up.

Like: Short line for checkout, car upgrade, good location- easy and fast return, quick shuttle back to airport. Best car rental experience to date!

Like: Car renting experience went smoothly although it was a bit confusing as to whether or not I was getting what I was asking for. Prices and offerings were really good so I stuck with it.
Dislike: After my car was confirmed and the credit card info was taken, the transaction ended a bit weird in that I was asked in subsequent email to provided info about my request and a screen shot of the credit card transaction which I did not. I was then told that the transaction would be confirmed in a few days. I thought I was being scammed and was concerned that my credit card info would be compromised. A couple of days later, I did get the confirmation and, I confess, I did contact Alamo to be sure that I had a car reserved because I didn't want to begin my trip with no vehicle or trying to negotiate a rental last minute. Luckily, I had a week for this to work out and for me to feel comfortable. Once that happened, all was good.

Like: Booking the vehicle was super easy! Because we got such an amazing deal on it I was a bit skeptical when it was time to pick it up but it was just what I had reserved! I will use this again for sure!

Like: Fast and efficient getting on the road!!
Dislike: Having to arrive back with the car by 10 am to avoid another day of charges even though our flight didn’t leave til 3pm so no leaning to way fee til noon made for a very long day at the airport!!!

Like: Shuttle picked me up right outside baggage claim, pickup took about 15 minutes after shuttle arrived at the Alamo lot. Car was clean, 12,000 miles on odometer.
Dislike: I paid extra for the vehicle to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They only had Jeep Wrangler’s left, but instead of giving me a Wrangler, the salesman insisted I pay even more for it. I ended up with a Santa Fe. Not even close! No floor mats even after asking. They also charge $4/gal for gas.
