Excellent service.

The process was simple, with self-service for car inspection and return. The deposit was refunded quickly. I booked a RAV4, but I was given a Peugeot 5008 instead. It had a spacious interior, was easy to drive, and as a diesel car, it was very fuel-efficient!

I didn't realize we were supposed to pick up the car at the international terminal. Following the signs from the domestic terminal to the rental company, we were told that we needed to go to the international terminal. Fortunately, the staff helped us handle everything directly. However, the car we got was a Mitsubishi, not the Corolla we previously drove on the South Island. Also, this Mitsubishi is a petrol-only car and consumes a lot of fuel.

The service is okay, but they kept insisting on selling insurance. Decide for yourself if you need it or not.

This is my fourth time using Enterprise in Europe, and they have never let me down.

The service attitude was excellent.

The car was in excellent condition. Although I rented a BMW, they provided a hybrid Mercedes, which was very new and drove great.

Excellent, the car pickup process was simple and the service efficient. There were no hidden sales tactics. I personally chose to upgrade to a Nissan X-Trail for $25 per day.

At Zagreb Airport, they try to upsell insurance, but when you mention you've already bought it on the platform, they seem a bit unhappy but don't say much more.

The rental company provided a free upgrade, and the Peugeot 208 was very easy to drive. There were no significant damages when picking up the car, and the deposit was refunded promptly after returning the vehicle. The only downside is that the return location is only open until 1 PM on weekends, resulting in an additional $20 parking fee.

Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the rental process. The shuttle-bus service at LHR is very convenient and speedy, providing seemless car drop-off to deparature terminal. Great experience.

It was very convenient to extend the rental period via phone, and the insurance coverage was comprehensive. The service was excellent, making it reliable and hassle-free.

I had rental insurance thru my US insurance and also on the credit card I used for booking. But customer service agent in Izmir told me that I had to buy insurance in Turkey because it doesn't show in Turkish e-devlet system that I have insurance. Of course it didn't, because I had it on US credit card Since he said he couldn't give me the car I needed, I had to spend another 5,000 TL for insurance.

Excellent service! The staff were very patient. I extended the rental by two days and it was as simple as making a phone call. Changing the car was also very convenient—just a quick inspection, and I was ready to go. Faster than in China! Highly recommended.

The car rental company has great customer service. Regarding insurance, they simply mentioned it but didn't pressure you to buy if you chose not to.

Enterprise in USA is an assurance of good service and cars, as his "sister" Alamo.

The reserved car model was not available, so they replaced it with a slightly less prestigious brand but a somewhat more spacious model.
