Really happy with the whole experience. The staff were super patient, and when the car’s battery had an issue they actually sent a dedicated person and vehicle to sort it out on the spot. Everything was resolved quickly and smoothly, so the overall experience was great. The local roads are in great condition too, and a small car is more than enough.

The parking lot is really poorly lit, it’s almost dark. The car already had damage on it—dents and scratches—but no one told us that when we picked it up. At first we thought we’d caused it ourselves, and only later, after carefully checking the pickup photos, did we realize the damage was already there. Honestly, there’s a real risk hidden in this process.
