The car model wasn't the one I booked - they said that the model wasn't part of their fleet anymore. They didn't accept my card at the booking - luckily I had a second one.

It would be better to actually be able to rent the car model booked on the website instead of something different.

The staff was so approchble, polite, clear,efficient and multilingual. Fantastic customer service. Paperwork was quickly done.We did not wait long time.Maybe max 15min.

The platform is very easy to be used. I forgot to attivate the Price protector therefore cannot comment.

They wouldn't let me rent a car because my card didn't have my name on it, and they wouldn't refund my booking fee.

On pick up location, Noleggaire staff appeared helpful until they started up selling and denied our booking was of 4 door car and instead offered a very small / tiny car with door under our booking. They were identifying cars with categories A, B, C, etc. Whilst booking was done on small, medium, large, etc. Car basis.

Italians are excellent at business, and the service was impeccable.

All was pretty good with the rental company however at pickup they charged me much more for deposit then what it says in the terms & conditions. This is unfair to a customer. Also the reservations documents should clarify that Thrifty and hertz are the same company as customers don't know this and get confused when trying to locate them in a different country.

My first experience with Sicily by Car was great, this one was not. Vehicle was dirty and there was a smell of cigarettes. Car was damaged but I didn't care too much attention since I bought the insurance at the counter-

We booked SEAT ATECA SUV with high clearance, but got sedan SKODA Octavia low clearance car. This car not fit to our needs. Representative on desk was rude, and said if you do not want this car, do not rent, we don’t have any other car for you! Very bad for company reputation. Car was almost new, just 1000km on odometer, but was not clear full of dust. On pickup was really long queue we waiting 45 min before getting to desk. Drop off was fast and good.
