The deposit was refunded instantly within the agreed time, with no hidden charges. They even gave me a free upgrade to a Lexus RX. The staff were efficient and prompt. I'll definitely choose them again next time.

Their service point is easily visible upon exiting the airport, making it very convenient to find. The car pickup process was smooth, and for the return, since I wasn't familiar with the area, I parked in a nearby lot. The staff came over to inspect the car, which was very convenient.

The local rental company provided excellent service. We arrived late at the store before renting the car, but they extended the time for us. They also allowed an extra hour when returning the car. Dropping off at T1 instead of T2 made it more convenient for our international flight!

When picking up the car, they mentioned upgrading the vehicle, but I ended up with a JAC SUV that was a bit difficult to drive. The car's Bluetooth required a USB cable connection—luckily, I brought one with me. The car was a bit slow to accelerate, and the steering wheel would vibrate on the highway, making my hands feel numb. However, considering the rental price, the overall experience was good. The car had no major issues or faults.

The car model provided was not the same as the one reserved, and they did not inform me at the time of pickup. Since I needed to cross the border after picking up the car, I researched extensively and found this company to be relatively convenient and capable of meeting the cross-border requirements. The efficiency of pick-up and drop-off services was good. While I understand the rule for replacement within the same car category, being forced to accept a downgrade without a price reduction is unreasonable and shows a lack of contractual awareness.

Contacted at the airport for car pickup, the car was upgraded, and the staff was very friendly. Communication through WhatsApp was relatively convenient. When returning the car, I couldn't find their office. It’s recommended to return the car directly at the airport and inform them in advance through the app for a smoother process. There were some additional charges during the return, which I didn't calculate in detail. The parking fee of 40 AED needs to be paid by you.

Our first experience with driving abroad was quite good. We followed the advice and bought full insurance. For our group of 4 adults and 2 children, we booked a 7-seater Kia Carnival, and the actual vehicle provided was exactly the same—brand new. Most parking lots in Dubai are free; we didn't pay any parking fees. To be cautious, I double-checked each time to confirm it was free. The toll fees were very cheap. We traveled from Dubai to Palm Jumeirah, then to BAB, Abu Dhabi, and Anantara, and finally back to Dubai, with a total toll cost of only 15.75 AED. The deposit was refunded after about three weeks.

Change instructions on pick up to call Green motion on arrival. The booking agent QEEQ instructions were incorrect, a representative was not awaiting with a board with my name. this is why it took 30 min when I arrived, otherwise service was excellent.

Overall satisfactory. Although the store is not located at the airport, the waiting time was short—around 10 minutes. The staff proactively came to the airport and took us to the parking lot to pick up the car, which was very efficient. The only downside was receiving four traffic fines in Dubai despite driving very carefully.

I have not received my deposit so I cannot comment on that aspect but its still early days. After some flaffling about they found my booking and received car faily quick. Because I arrived at 3am the directions to head to in terminal counter were incorrect as they are stationed in the early hours in car park area with other rental car firms inside Europcar office. All in all pleased with Interrent.

I have to admit that everything was ok from the booking process to the price and the process at the Europcar first counter next to the arrivals which they said that the car should be ready in 15 mins. So we went on to exchange money and get wifi service which took some time. By the time we went to pick up the person told us 30 mins. and after that he went adding until 2 1/2 hrs later we got the car and it was after midnight which I believe it counts as the next day (or at least if you return it after midnight some companies would've charged you a whole day). So that made our experience a not pleasant one.
