Like: Fast service, easy to find. Overall very positive experience. Would use again!
Dislike: Booked a Grand Cherokee, got a Jeep Sahara. Didn't even see Grand Cherokee's on the lot. Not a fan of rental agencies that subscribe to that kind of practise, but the Jeep we got was pretty cool. Didn't mind in the end.

“disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"”

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

The car exceeded my expectations because the nice lady at the desk gave me their newest and best car so I got a Kia Forte which was a lot better than what I had expected. The shuttle to the airport on return could have been better because I think there was some miscommunication and they ended up leaving without seeing us waiting. Luckily I did not miss my flight.
