Very impressed great service

Excellent overall. Except for waiting a bit because I arrived early, there were no issues at all. I rented a category A car but got a category C wagon instead, which was a pleasant surprise. The car was in great condition. Oh, and the staff member who handed me the car slightly misled me about the full-to-full fuel service, but it's forgivable.

When returning the car as suggested I made a video of the car condition, but the agent receiving the car got agitated saying that I can’t film on private property, told him I was filming the car as suggested, then switch to I could not record his voice, but did not shut up, so how am I supposed to record the car conditions if the employee does not shut up or let you do it ???

No issues, so far so good already booking another vehicle.

It was easy to find the counter in the airport and get to the car. Counter staff at pick-up were helpful, efficient and informative. Car provided was as stated. Car return was quick and efficient. So far it has been a good experience.

Booking website was user-friendly and easy though it would be helpful to include extra driver fee information

Like: Friendly and easy going staff at their Gatwick location. When faced with some issues on the booking and with the car; it was easily dealt with and we were away with no dramas. Equally friendly at the other end of our one way drop off in Oxford.
Dislike: The fact that I left my child's car seat in the vehicle and it hasn't turned up yet. Not exactly their fault, but would have liked to see some sort of follow up on this by now; as it's been several days since I reported it. Hopefully, it will be located and we can get it back to Australia without too much drama.
