The store was relatively small, the staff were average in attitude. They didn't try to sell insurance. Once we signed the contract, we took the car and left. The parking lot was indoors and rather small.

Near Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, there is a dedicated Rent car & Return area with a free shuttle bus connecting to the airport every 5 minutes throughout the day, which is very convenient. Inside the reception hall, different car rental companies have their counters, which are easy to identify. Alamo's counter is on the far left with three service desks. The staff is very warm, patient, and professional.
