Fast efficient and very friendly staff

Smooth car pickup and convenient drop-off. Just to note, the car model was actually MG Pilot, but since it wasn't in the dropdown menu, I had to select MG5.

I went to a small place, and the car was right in the parking lot. Avis was excellent, the service was good too. I returned the car at 8 PM yesterday, and by 8 AM this morning, the £200 pre-authorization was canceled. Compared to back home, the car condition was excellent, and the service was great. Moreover, there were no random charges or unnecessary insurance add-ons. This might be because the local branch can't see the insurance I bought on QEEQ. I think QEEQ didn’t coordinate this well.

The agent at the check in desk was very helpful.
