Surprising rental

The car was fine however we needed to wait for over 2 hours to pick up the car - this is shocking amount of time wasted especially with the 8 months old baby. The waiting time was probably the worse thing about the whole experience. Everything else was very good.

Car was in shocking condition with 10 separate areas of damage so much so that the gentleman at the drop off site said that we did not need to check for damage as there was so much already. Girl at desk said that we did not need to bring car back with a full tank as it was cheaper if they refuelled it. Absolute lie.
