I booked skoda superb but the gave me skoda octavia whis is cheaper and lower grade. Please refund the fifference

Car was full of dust inside on the dashboard. Glove compartment still had paperwork and rubbish from the previous hirer.

We received a superb upgrade due to a lack of suitable cars being available at the time of collection. It was frustrating to have to wait 3 hours for the car, but needless to say the blow was softened by the amazing car we were then given to have for the week. Definite lack of structure and organisation on scheduled day and time of pick up, I can’t understand how despite having reserved the car weeks in advance we were then unable to collect said car at said time, then left to wait for hours whilst the problem was resolved! What if we had had a flight to catch? Nevertheless, as I said above, the car we were eventually given was classes above the car I had reserved, so I have no real complaint, but I’m aware we weren’t the only ones in the same predicament that day and so there clearly does need to be a change to the way the system operates.

Booking via the website was easy, quick and the cheapest quote I had found, so very happy with that.

Like: The vehicle was great! It was just what we needed for 5 adults with luggage on a week exploring the UK.
Dislike: Picking the vehicle up seemed to take a very long time. Being a warm day, the other 3 adults came into the waiting room with their luggage and the lady doing our paperwork realised they were with us and said she had been going to give us a different (smaller) car but when she saw the others and their luggage, she gave us the car we had booked. I thought this was a little odd - there was a reason we had booked a large vehicle, but we were glad the others came in when they did so we didn't have to come back and do it all again! We had to drop the vehicle back after hours and had been told to drop the key in a certain place in the terminal, however the terminal had also closed and a security guard told us he was to take the key. We haven't heard anything back, so assume the key got back to the right people in the end.
