It was okay. The car was good, but there was no other service. They overcharged me and only refunded me after I returned to my country. They charged a high administrative fee without any service.

All ok except need to queue with rental pickups to leave keys

There was a scratch on the front of the car and it all felt a bit cavalier- I was asked to mark it on my sheet but they didn't mark it on their sheet. The man picking up the car next to mine suggested I take a photo of the damage.

NO concerns. All went smoothly.

We had a great experience with the car we booked online. The staff on the counter in Carcassonne was very friendly. All went well with drop off.

Cannot remember much of booking car as it was a few months ago but it must have been easy enough as I don't remember having any problems with it.

Ordered Peugeot Van or similar, but was given a Seat Arona at pickup, asked to swap as needed a bigger boot size, so car was swapped to Toyota Verso which had a much bigger boot. Car was damaged on 2 panels, but that was not an issue. Less than £300 held on my card whilst renting. Had my own 3rd party excess insurance which was fine. Have used Europcar in the past multiple times and never had a problem. Would use again without hesitation.
