Good little car at a fantastic price with very prompt airport pickup and completion of contract form

I had to replace an indicator bulb, and the in-car charger did not work

Friendly staff. I forgot an item in the car and they were good enough to deliver it back to me at the airport terminal

On drop off, they will definitely go out of their way to find the smallest ding or scratch possible. I was charged $500+ for a tiny ding on the front bumper, even though the staff said it'd probably be around $150. Definitely not worth the cheaper car rental rate when they appear to make their money off small dings that you didn't cause.

English was not their first language - struggled with basic conversation which was frustrating. Lack of urgency to get us to check in on way home was frustrating even tho we kept them informed of our late eta.
