Pretty good.

No Chinese service. The attitude was very poor, they checked all my documents as if I were a thief. I originally rented an Astra, but they gave me a gas-guzzling Focus without asking me. The car was extremely dirty, definitely not an upgrade. There was no compensation. Worse still, they didn't tell me there was road construction around London, so I had to navigate in the dark with a dead phone. Felt like the big store bullying customers. The service at the airport return store was good though, got the car dropped off with no hassle. Because I had to detour at night, I drove an extra 18 miles and they charged me for the mileage, unbelievable!!!

There was some attempted upselling at the counter, so be sure to have all your documents ready, listing precisely what has been booked. But we were polite yet firm, and all was well.

Like: Help at drop off section by the staff. They expressed we could drop off the car and leave the keys and parking tag in the morning and need to drop the car at night.

Like: Friendly and efficient staff; vehicle in good condition and excellent service on dropping off.
Dislike: I had ordered an automatic transmission vehicle but a manual transmission vehicle was allotted to me at pick-up. I came to know this until I got on the vehicle to check. It spent me another 30 minutes to wait for the change of vehicle and felt frustrated. I hope that Europcar would check the order carefully and the same thing would not happen to other customers again.
