I have paid the full insurance from axa insurance from the qued application and the employee in the desk said that my axa insurance isn't valid because it's a third party..obviously it was lie and I paid almost 210 euros for an insurance she told me about the glasses and the tires

I had to wait when getting the car due to staff shortages but one I was seen it was very quick. But still wait for my deposit and I have been charged twice for the rental but Europacar.

Very positive experience. I was upgraded to a brand new vehicle with a navigation system. This was very much appreciated.

Like: Well priced for size of car, well known rental company, quite a simple process overall.
Dislike: Car booked was a Skoda Superb or similar, which is quite a large car. Car issued was a Skoda Octavia, which is the next size down.
