Overall satisfied. The vehicle provided didn't have a recognizable brand, possibly a local UK brand. The trunk was large enough to fit four suitcases. However, the two rear doors couldn't be opened from the inside and required someone outside to open them, which was very inconvenient. We tried several times, and it wasn't due to the child lock, unsure of the reason.

The address said north terminal but this was wrong and got sent to south terminal. Waited 45 mins to pick up and first car smelt and had low tyre pressure, so swapped it.

Counter staff excellent! On picking car up we were given an upgrade. No problems throughout the rental period. Felt very reassured by the young man on initial contact at the counter that any concerns/problems would be addressed ASAP, fortunately this was not necessary. Will definitely book europcar again.

Excellent value for money!. We took our motorhome down to Cornwall and unfortunately the car we normally tow had broken down week prior to departure. Staff at Europecar were not well organized. On returning the car the receptionist was trying to raise claim against me for small scratch which was in the car before picking up the car. Though I got a zero excess insurance from you; however, I was defending until they find in their records that it was there before picking up the car. Again, the lady claim that you extend your previous booking so we have to raise it against you, but lucky that was not the case, as I did only one booking and she could not raise any claim. Please consider this case with all of your customers before paying them for any claim to Europecar.
