Hertz rent a car good in snow country

Hertz truly lives up to its reputation as a leading car rental company. The service was excellent. We picked up the car at Uluru Airport, with the counter located right next to the baggage claim area in the terminal. Though there were multiple rental counters, the queue for Hertz was the longest. There were three staff members handling the rentals, and the process was quite fast. A handsome young man helped us with the paperwork, and within no time, we had signed the contract and received the keys. We were involved in an accident, so upon returning the car, we asked for an inspection. Coincidentally, it was the same guy who had assisted us during pickup. He inquired about the accident, took photos of the damaged areas, and upon learning that we had insurance, reassured us not to worry. He logged the damage in the system, and that was it.

Overall satisfied. The store has few staff and they are quite busy, always answering the phone. The first car had a problem with a broken high beam light. After we reported it, they immediately gave us a replacement car.

Pickup and drop-off were both quick and convenient.

Both renting and returning the car were smooth. Remember to bring a credit card.

Good vehicle condition, simple and convenient pick-up and drop-off process. Returning a car abroad is even cheaper than domestically.
