Overall good

The staff had a very good attitude and their English was average. There was no hard-selling; we proactively purchased full insurance locally, which cost 36 euros per day. With full insurance, there was no need for a thorough vehicle inspection, and returning the car was very convenient—just park the car and drop the keys in a box. We arrived a bit late, and the smaller car we originally booked was unavailable, so they gave us a slightly larger vehicle, a Volkswagen Taigo. It was very easy to drive, especially on winding mountain roads, and provided a comfortable driving experience. It can fit a 28-inch suitcase.

The counter for processing car rental procedures is very efficient. The pickup is on the 4th floor, and the staff provided a detailed sheet marking all existing scratches on the car. The return process was also very efficient; the staff took a quick look and some photos to complete the inspection. Initially, I was worried they might nitpick, as reconfirming all pre-existing scratches could take some time, but this did not happen. I highly recommend this car rental company.

The counter was right at the airport and we found it quickly. The lady at the counter was uncomfortable, spoken in silence, and could not understand. In the end I got a completely different car than I had booked. Instead of picking up the car we also found quickly. The car was a little dusty inside but otherwise okay.

The customer servise was excelent.

Like: The vehicle was clean and in good condition. In addition, it had both GPL and benzine capabilities so we saved using GPL.
Dislike: We had to turn in the vehicle already washed. In addition, every little scratch gets recorded on case more scratches appear. We were careful and returned the vehicle in great condition, but some scratches should be considered normal wear and tear. Larger and more notable scratches may be worthwhile annotating, but not the small door dings and similar scratches.
