Easy to use and quick response to online customer service query

The service was average. When customers encounter problems, it takes a very long time for the relevant departments to resolve them.

The delay was half a day. I asked the store how much extra I would need to pay for a half-day delay, and they told me it would be the price of an additional day. When I got to the store, the price for that extra day was nearly 60 pounds. If they had told me this high price earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to be late. It's a rip-off.

Disappointed to have received unexplained extra charges. Intend to complain when I return home.

Long wait time to receive car and initially took them a qhile to locate the car as it had been moved.
