Not a good experience

When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

There was confusion regarding the pickup point but we connected by phone. The processing for the vehicle was very efficient and the Camry I ordered was in good condition and clean. No issues during my stay and the drop off was again efficient and easy. Overall a good service and a great price with little hassle.

Booking was easy and I had all of the information I required. The cost was amazing. I will book through Qeeq.com again.

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.

Counter staff excellent. Had to wait a very long time to pickup as the only staff attendant was at the airport picking up others then we had to wait for them to organise their vehicle which took a very long time. Drop off time and staff fantastic
