Thanks for your review. As the supplier's policy you could find on your voucher: It may seem counter-intuitive, but returning your car early may actually cost you money. You might have to pay an early return fee, your rate structure might change, leaving you responsible for the difference. But even worse, you are not entitled to a refund of the unused days due to the fact that the booking's price comes in a package and cannot be separtated. Thanks for your feedback , have a great day!

“Although we had to walk 15 min to pick up, we loved the car that we got for the price!”

The car was great. The guy didn’t bring us our car like he did for other passengers and made us walk to get ours. Additionally, we did not get a drop off service although it was a 5 min or less drive to port and I told them I was pregnant.

About QEEQ: 8.0 /10

QEEQ was fine to book with. However, when I’d thought we’d booked at the wrong rental place, they offered no help in transferring the car to another location. Fortunately, we found we did book at the right place but we were annoyed that QEEQ customer service would not have been able to assist us if we had not.
