The pickup location was easy to find and picking up the car was convenient. I booked a Citroën but was provided a Mercedes-Benz C180 Estate. While the car was slightly small for three large suitcases, its condition was great and the driving experience was excellent.

Since we arrived in Frankfurt on an early flight, there were two groups before us, and we waited for a while. I had booked a seven-seater car. The customer service offered us a five-seater Volvo going back to Zurich with a 450 Euro one-way rental fee if we were willing. Considering our comfort, we decided to stick with the seven-seater we originally booked.

Had contacted QEEQ with a billing question and was told that I would receive an e-mail with a response. It has been 3 weeks now and I havent received an answer/resolution from QEEQ. In the meantime I have resolved the issue personally.
