The staff was great and efficient. He informed me that the car I booked was not available and offered a free upgrade to a Nissan Qashqai. He also asked if I preferred a manual or automatic transmission and eventually brought over a Grandland. The car was spacious, brand new, and extremely comfortable to drive. The staff only inquired once about buying insurance in-store and did not push after I declined. He explained the claim process very clearly. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

The overall process is quite fast and efficient, with excellent service attitude.

Satisfied, just didn't initially receive the rental agreement, but it was provided later.
