There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

There were additional fees, more than what was shown on the order. The staff said everyone has to pay some sort of location fee. The car was almost brand new, only a thousand kilometers.

I had an amazing experience with my last car rental from Enterprise, specifically with the Volvo XC90. The vehicle was in excellent condition and provided a comfortable ride throughout my trip. The standout aspect of my experience was the helpful staff, especially Iqbal, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth rental process. Other members of the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Enterprise for their top-notch service and well-maintained vehicles. Five stars!
