When picking up the car, I was told that the seven-seater business car I booked was a manual (even though I specifically noted automatic). They then replaced it with a Volvo XC40, but my luggage didn’t fit. The staff who handed over the car had already left for the day, and I was so anxious. Luckily, a kind guy helped me switch to a Mercedes B200, which managed to fit all the luggage.
They charged £195 for a small mark on the tire, which they found using a flashlight up close, plus an additional 20% service fee. It's a scam. I thought big companies wouldn't do this, but this one acted just like the small companies. I won't use them again. The radio couldn't be turned off, the navigation sound couldn't be turned on, the car didn't drive straight, and the steering pulled to the left. Make sure to take lots of photos as evidence when you pick up the car.
The experience was pretty decent. The staff member was quite conscientious. The car was in good condition and quite new, providing a good driving experience.
The overall service was excellent. I've rented cars many times in London and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of my favorites. Many thanks to the QEEQ app for timely notifications, which are very helpful for forgetful or procrastinating people like me.

Upgraded insurance offline, but the staff didn't clearly explain the third-party deductible. The store contract did not provide the policy's wording, making it unclear. In the end, the deposit was deducted due to a third-party claim, and no explanation was given for the deduction.
Got the car at Gatwick Airport and returned it to the same location. I purchased full insurance at the counter; the service was decent, and the return process was simple. The deposit was refunded quickly. The only issue was the lack of a paper contract. The staff said it would be emailed, but my Sina email never received it, which made me a little worried.
We arrived a bit later than the scheduled pickup time, yet there were no cars available. After completing the paperwork, we had to wait over ten minutes for the car to return.
