Car was fine - customer service- very poor

We got a larger car than expected. or wanted. Also missing a parcel shelf, which we had to drive 10 miles out of our way to get.

The upgrade car was larger than we wanted, used more petrol, so more expensive for ya.

When I called for pick up I was told where to wait and that 'Colin' would meet me there but was not told what vehicle he would be in and when he arrived (after over half an hour's wait) he did not introduce himself, show any identification or any proof he worked for Easirent. As a lone female this was un-nerving and I was fortunate another customer was picked up at the same time so I was not alone in the car with this stranger going to an unknown destination. Within an hour of picking the car up, a warning light came on about tyre pressure. I checked these myself and when I called the office to report it, they advised it was a known ongoing problem but had not informed me about when I collected the car.

Great service, very friendly and helpful gentlemen looked after us at both check in and out and was kind enough to give us a lift to our hotel. Thank you.

Counter staff at Luton, Kingsley and Khalid were extremely helpful, polite and responded to all my queries quickly. Excellent customer service, Dealing with my individual needs. The non counter staff also provided a high level of excellent customer service.

Booking was simple and easy.

Excellent staff who made it a quicky and easy process - Kingston was a true professional as was the fella who helped me check the car outside. My only low score was the cleaniness. IT was perfect throughout exceot for the in the cup holder under the radio there was some spillage so it was filthy wth some stikcy drink grime.
