The information to rent the car I wanted where incorrect

Waited an age to get seen and then the agent stated they did not have the three child booster seats I’d ordered. She was wholly unhelpful and I had to be very forceful and insistent before she reluctantly managed to procure the child seats. On return the company have fraudulently tried to pin damages on me for defects that existed at the time of pick-up. Fortunately, I took photos before driving off but that hasn’t stopped them withholding my cash for the trumped-up “damage”. Disgraceful and illegal behaviour from what I had previously thought were a reputable organisatio.

Great service. Would use again (but not to book a Europcar vehicle).

I was a bit sceptical about hiring a car in Italy as this was my first time to Italy but nothing could have went more smoother than this experience. No hidden extras or nasty surprises to our bill when we got back home so could not be happier, the car was nearly brand new and a joy to drive.......Thank You

Wait time and customer service upon collection were both the worst we have experienced. Stating collection is "in terminal" is very misleading as you have to use a bus to the collection area. Car was clean and in good condition, exactly what we needed for the trip. Rental was reasonably priced.

Car was very dirty. Tank not full. Pickup in Rome was rushed. Staff were rude. Long wait. Unable to check car condition properly due to poor lighting and dirty condition of the car. When car was returned they hit me up for damages which may have been pre-existing. Unsure as the damage was camouflaged by the poor and dirty condition of the car. Very stressful experience all round! Charged an exorbitant excess for what looks to be very minor damage. Felt ripped-off!

Booking was great. No probs.

waited about 30 min. to finish the booking. only 2 are at parking. if you want some explanations regarding the car you have to wait or look for them.customer service could improve.
