1. The agreed pickup time was repeatedly delayed due to 'traffic congestion'. 2. The car provided was not the one reserved: they said it was being washed for over an hour and then offered another faulty FIAT (seatbelt couldn't be pulled out, air conditioning often not working). 3. The time for car replacement was repeatedly delayed. 4. RENT GO staff provided insufficient follow-up, constantly emphasizing external reasons.
