There's a reason I keep coming back

The car and service were great. For a cheap rental the car even had satnav. I will use them again. Google maps did take me to the wrong location for Great Rentals (around the back where there is no entrance)

Car was great, ready to go upon arrival. A little confusion behind the counter at pickup, got sorted when help arrived.

Happy with vehicle and price.

The car was pretty good, I waited only 10 minutes for they pick me up but both phone number given in my booking was wrong. They need to check it out.

Great company, excellent support service

Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

Radio was in Japanese and we couldn’t use it. Please make sure radio is in language of your customer.
