For four consecutive months after the rental, I was charged every month due to the same fine being applied each time. Because the amount was only a bit over 20 euros, I didn't notice until four months later when I was still being charged. Since I was in China at the time, I finally realized. However, the previous charges had already been paid off on my credit card. This company charged me five times for the same fine, which is outrageous. While the car rental platform has grown large, it includes many companies, and the cheaper and less-known ones tend to overcharge. It's unfortunate that the rental platform couldn't provide any assistance.

The car provided was in great condition, and the rental process was straightforward. Very satisfied.

There are many branches throughout Italy, offering good value for money. Overall, I am very satisfied. However, the return location at Venice Mestre - Railway Station is somewhat far from the main office, unlike the more convenient and prominent location at Rome Termini Railway Station.

Picked up the car at Rome Central Station, the process was smooth. Got a FIAT 500L, with around 10,000 kilometers, almost like new. The car was in excellent condition. Returned it at Milan Airport; initially worried about finding the location, but just followed the signs and found it easily. The staff checked the car quickly and completed the process within a minute. First time renting a car abroad, and it was a good experience.

Maggiore at Catania tried to sell me insurance and refused they then tried to del me fuel option and I again refused. Despite this they charged me for the fuel option. The vehicle had pre-existing damage. They did not note damage to the front right rim being a scratch. When I returned the car the agent wiped only the front right rim and said I scratched it. I felt scammed and it has been a nightmare dealing with this
