The queue was very slow, the reserved car model was unavailable, and they recommended higher-end models with an additional charge of $250 to $400. After refusing, they tried to sell other services. Eventually, I ended up paying an extra $70 for the car. The process took nearly 2 hours.

The counter staff was helpful and she give me upgrade to DINALI with 29 USD Daly difference and 17 USD for the insurance Unfortunately I configured later the car I took was Yukon XL not a DINALI as she said

I rented a Hyundai Elantra paying $ 394.39 from August 1 to August 10. When I arrived the selected car was not available, the only car available was a Nissan Frontier and because it was 3:00 am on August 2, I have no choice than to took it. It costed me additional $ 327.89. That was my experience.
