Good service attitude, simple procedures. I have a question that I hope you can help with: During my car rental in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, I used toll roads several times. Why hasn't the toll fee been charged yet? When I rented the car, the Hertz staff said they would deduct the fees from my credit card, and it's been almost a month now.
