Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.

The car condition is good, and both renting and returning are very convenient! The prices are reasonable! However, some white employees' service is not good overall. But overall, I am still satisfied!

The store is easy to find and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, it was pretty good. The car was in average condition. I mentioned a Toyota Camry in San Francisco, but ended up booking a Corolla. The exterior had scratches, and the mileage was nearly 60,000 km. Picking up the car was convenient; the rental voucher, translated driver's license, and my husband's credit card were all accepted. Driving down Highway 1, we encountered a problem with the car in LA. The motel staff helped us contact the company, and it took nearly four hours to get a tow and a replacement car. The staff weren’t very friendly and seemed to threaten us, possibly because we were all women. We were downgraded to a Hyundai Sonata, which didn’t brake as well as the Toyota and often slipped on slopes. Fortunately, we returned the car in San Diego two days later. The return process was quick and without extra charges.
