The German guy was very nice, even though his English wasn't perfect.

It felt great, no hidden charges at all

The customer service agent at pick up was extremely rude. I called the service hotline 2 hours prior to arrival to say that our flight was going to be delayed, I was reassured that the my message will be passed on and budget staff would track the flights and stay up to 2 hours after the opening times if needed . We arrived at the counter 2 minutes after they officially closed, luckily bumping into the lady on her way out. She told us that the counter is now closed, no one told her about flight delays (although I added the flight number to the booking) and she can not re-open for us and that it was not her problem. Only after 10 minutes of persuasion she agreed to open the desk again - which took her less than a minute. When dropping the car off they tried to charge me an additional €80 without explaining why (I had payed the booking already). I refused to pay and it turned out that budget tried to charge me for a deposit for fuel although I returned the car with a full tank. Overall a disappointing experience - I will not book with budget again.

Like: the staff were very friendly on pick up and drop.
Dislike: I forgot my Apple Air Pods Wireless Bluetooth Earphones in the passenger side cup holder on drop off and when I remembered I went back to the drop of area but the car was left for wash and they can not help me to locate the car and I was late for my flight. so can u help me and contact Budget and try to find my Air Pod.
