The car provided was exactly the same as the one booked, and the customer service during the car pick-up was excellent. The car had no issues throughout the journey. As Hertz was closed when I returned the car, I simply left the keys and the parking card in the dropbox.

We took our time on the website (easyrentcars) to choose the model « Mini / Fiat 500 / or similar » available with Hertz and so we paid a little bit more to have this vehicle. When we arrived hertz staff told us they don’t have any model of Fiat 500 Or Mini, and that it was written « similar » and they gave us a Citroen C3. So why do we have so many vehicle choice on the website while on place they directly give us a Citroen, wich might cost less...
