Very satisfied with the service. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would take three days when returning the car, but the platform mentioned it might take up to a month.

When we arrived there were no other customers and one desk staff. I approached the staff member and was told very abruptly that they were with someone else who was out looking at vehicles. It was a long wait for the other customer to finish and a long line developed and even though other Hertz staff were present they didn't start helping, even though three of them were involved Ina discussion about a birthday. It took about 50 minutes to get the car.

As a "Gold Star" member verything was smooth and easy

Booking platform was not easy. For a trip of 16 days I had to make 2 bookings, 1 for 4 days and 1 for 12 days for the same car (group) for a continuous 16 days. Hopeless!
