When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

Waited for 1hour to be picked up from the hotel where the out of hours service should have been but wasn’t. Car was old, 87000k’s on it and badly damaged all round the vehicle.

All processes are good except GPS was inadequate from dim screen, could not see it.

On drop off, they will definitely go out of their way to find the smallest ding or scratch possible. I was charged $500+ for a tiny ding on the front bumper, even though the staff said it'd probably be around $150. Definitely not worth the cheaper car rental rate when they appear to make their money off small dings that you didn't cause.

I was happy with the service. There were marks on the car that were not not noted on rental agreement. Very excessive reference to pictures taken to check for damage. I had no way of knowing when picture taken as was not present.

The review process to confirm car returned in acceptable condition took longer than expected compared to other rental firms.
