I had already purchased full insurance, but the staff still recommended an additional $7 per day insurance covering flat tires and lost keys, which I declined. A deposit of $400 was charged instead of the $200 I initially expected. Everything else was good, the car had over 50,000 kilometers but was in very new condition.

The service was excellent. The lady in Montreal was very patient. Following the car rental guidelines, we found three very minor scratches, which she marked for us. Returning the car in Toronto was very easy. We just drove in, scanned the barcode, and it was done. The staff even guided us on how to find public transportation when they saw we were unsure.
