Like: convenience and price, as proposed
Dislike: Had booked a Nissan Versa Sedan and I got a small Toyota Yaris ! It did not turn to be a problem as I needed a car only for a week to do errands around Washington DC, just 286 miles. It would have been a big problem if I had to transport a lot of stuff as I did last december when I visited my son and family in Tampa Florida... Next time I shall double check with the agency if I am going to get the car I have reserved.

Awful customer service we got to the counter and they simply told us we didn’t have any cars they didn’t help us find another car they didn’t offer us a replacement we were left in an unknown city on our own
