The service is simple and efficient, and the staff at the counter are patient and attentive.

I recently picked up cars at Rowland Heights twice, and both times they didn't have the model I booked. Only electric vehicles were available, so I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to a higher-level model. Especially last month, I booked a morning pickup, but the staff told me I had to pay extra to upgrade or wait until the afternoon for the model I booked. I needed the car urgently, so it was very frustrating.

Counter staff is very courteous. I forgot my headphone case in the vehicle, called Hertz local Rep and he was polite and asked me to come and get it. Got my case back the next day. Thanks.

Dislike: Had difficulty refilling vehicle; No assistance with gas service. Initially, did not know how to use. Late arrival of email explaining from whom vehicle was to be collected. Was totally confusing when I arrived and enquired for EasyRentalCar and was told that no such company existed. Was assisted by Police Officer; no customer rep was present when vehicle was dropped off - early morning, but instructions were given on what was expected. Still in need of an official receipt.
