The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.

This car rental company is great. Although the rental price is reasonable, adding insurance makes it somewhat expensive. However, the staff there are very good. Especially in Regensburg, where we returned the car! The guy there was on his first day at work, and he kindly drove us to the train station after we returned the car. If there’s a next time, I’ll definitely choose this company again.

Rented a car in Germany and Switzerland. The Enterprise rental counter at the airport was fairly easy to find. There were no lines, so the process was quick. They didn't check any translated driving license documents, just used my domestic license to get the car. However, the initial cross-border fee was high. After showing the staff the QEEQ order details, they reduced the fee by a few dozen euros (the order mentioned a capped cross-border fee). The order indicated a daily cross-border fee of 5 euros plus local tax, but the counter staff charged the maximum amount, claiming they didn't know how many days we'd be crossing the border. Is this reasonable?
