Hertz provides excellent service. They immediately replaced the vehicle according to our needs, and the vehicle condition was also very good!

Your system didn't inform Hertz about the last minute price reduction, so it took almost an hour to get the right price.

Staff at counter was very rude at drop off. Staff at pickup were dismissive and not helpful. Forced car on us we did not want or book. They tried to up sell us to get what we had originally booked. Horrible hertz.

They added €130 onto total bill for fuel/refuelling cost which would be refunded if brought back full. Car was full but the return staff charged anyway as he ‘forgot’ to confirm that car was brought back full on electronic form. Only sorted because I pointed out the extra charge. It was obvious this ‘mistake’ happens a lot
