The parking lot is about a 2-minute drive from the port office. One of the ladies, worried I might not find the car, accompanied me to the parking lot. There were no upsells at the counter; they just asked if I needed to return the car with an empty tank. They informed me the gas price was 2.5 per liter and assured me that full insurance covered everything, advising me to drive carefully and not to worry. On the way to the parking lot, she kept reminding me to drive on the left, not to speed, and to practice driving in the lot before hitting the road. She even came out to check on me while I was practicing to see if I needed any help. I am very grateful to her. A true exemplary employee of Hertz.

I booked because it included zero deductible collision and theft insurance, but at the car rental location, they insisted there was no such coverage. Even with the voucher from Zuzuche, the staff couldn't read Chinese and stubbornly insisted there wasn't zero deductible coverage. At the time, Zuzuche couldn't provide immediate help to solve the issue, so I felt scammed (either rent a car without insurance or pay extra for it).

It was okay, but there was a long queue when picking up the car, waited almost an hour to get it.

The actual rental price was more than what QEEQ quoted. This order was over 1000 RMB more expensive. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to argue and just paid it.

The car was in good condition and the service attitude was excellent.
