The staff at the counter was very attentive when explaining the procedures at pick-up. We found the car was almost new with just 1,945 kilometers. At drop-off, we arrived at 8:00 PM, and there was someone on duty. We mentioned that we had filled the tank and cleaned the car. He asked, 'Are you satisfied?' We replied, 'Very much.' He then waved his hand and said, 'OK, goodbye.' It was that simple.

The attendant at the key pickup location was a bit impatient, which wasn't a great experience. Fortunately, at the car pickup location, the staff were very patient and friendly when answering questions. Much appreciated!

Overall, pretty good. I booked a Touran, but got a Mercedes Viano, a 9-seater van, which was too big. After discussing with the counter staff, they changed it to a Passat wagon. Overall, I'm satisfied.
