The staff at the counter was very attentive when explaining the procedures at pick-up. We found the car was almost new with just 1,945 kilometers. At drop-off, we arrived at 8:00 PM, and there was someone on duty. We mentioned that we had filled the tank and cleaned the car. He asked, 'Are you satisfied?' We replied, 'Very much.' He then waved his hand and said, 'OK, goodbye.' It was that simple.

Overall, the service was quite rigid. They promised to prepare a car that could cross into Italy, but upon arrival, they informed us that there was no suitable car. After delaying for two hours, the rental company told me I could go to Switzerland to change the car, so we had to start the trip with a Volkswagen Multivan.
