The rental company sent an inexperienced person to handle the order who wasn't familiar with the procedures and didn't speak good English. They kept pushing us to buy insurance in a threatening manner, repeatedly emphasizing that our insurance was domestic, not theirs. They kept stressing that any damage would result in a €1,700 fine. It was incredibly frustrating, taking almost 4 hours to complete the rental process, wasting half the day. I don't know who to contact about this loss. I will never use this company again.

Inconveniente pero fui a local indicado. Cuando llege me indicaron que auto estaba listo en aeropuerto. Tuve que tomar taxi adicional al aeropuerto sin necesidad.
