This store is near Oxford train station, about a 10-minute walk from the station.

Car was not in its best condition. The clutch pedal was too hard.

The counter staff was not at all helpful. Kept repeating the same story of how they don't have any connection with easy car rentals and he didn't know or care about any other thing. Very rude to say the least. Also the pick up location was closed when we reached. So we had to go to another terminal to get the car.
